Kramer Autoplex in Madisonville, Texas is looking for an experienced and motivated Accessories / Aftermarket Manager to lead our accessories department and help our customers personalize and enhance their vehicles. This is a key role within a growing dealership known for its family atmosphere, customer-first culture, and expanding footprint in East Texas.
About the Role
As our Accessories / Aftermarket Manager, you will oversee all accessory and aftermarket product sales for new and pre-owned inventory, ensuring every customer is presented with high-quality customization options. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, Parts, and Service to streamline the process, maximize profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Kramer Autoplex brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the dealership’s accessories and aftermarket division
- Present accessory options to customers and increase per-vehicle aftermarket penetration
- Build strong collaboration with Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth installation workflows
- Maintain vendor relationships, inventory levels, and competitive pricing
- Help develop appealing in-store and digital accessory displays
- Ensure accurate documentation, timely installation, and outstanding customer satisfaction
- Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to dealership leadership
Qualifications
- Proven success in automotive accessories, aftermarket sales, or dealership operations
- Strong understanding of products such as wheels, tires, electronics, protection packages, lift kits, and performance accessories
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Experience with dealership sales systems, DMS/CRM tools is a plus
