Automotive Sales Manager
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable for results
- Desk deals, close customers, and drive volume and gross
- Set daily expectations and execute sales strategy
- Manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and aging units
- Ensure strong customer experience and CSI performance
- Work closely with F&I, marketing, and leadership to maximize profitability
- Handle escalated customer issues quickly and professionally

- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
- Strong closer who can lead from the front
- Confident desking and deal-structuring skills
- High accountability, high energy, no-excuses mindset
- Strong communication and leadership ability
- CRM and DMS experience required

Pay: $90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
