Automotive Sales Manager

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable for results
Desk deals, close customers, and drive volume and gross
Set daily expectations and execute sales strategy
Manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and aging units
Ensure strong customer experience and CSI performance
Work closely with F&I, marketing, and leadership to maximize profitability
Handle escalated customer issues quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
Strong closer who can lead from the front
Confident desking and deal-structuring skills
High accountability, high energy, no-excuses mindset
Strong communication and leadership ability
CRM and DMS experience required
