Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven RV Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our high-end recreational vehicle (RV) sales. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting new clients to closing deals, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and strengthen our reputation as a premier RV dealership. Duties
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through strategic coaching and support.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on high-end RVs, including B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) channels.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial outreach through closing, ensuring consistent follow-up via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns and outreach efforts to generate new leads and expand market presence.
- Negotiate deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.
- Oversee inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, manage sales support activities, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Organize and deliver compelling public speaking presentations at events or dealership tours to promote RV features and benefits.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve outreach efforts.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end products like RVs or similar vehicles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively.
- Expertise in B2B sales strategies combined with B2C customer engagement techniques.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and inventory details simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management systems to streamline sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence.
- Experience in dealership operations or retail math is preferred for accurate inventory control and financial calculations.
- Demonstrated ability in outbound sales efforts such as cold calling or outreach campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to automotive or RV industries enhances overall effectiveness in driving sales growth. Pay: $51,611.53 - $62,155.82 per year
