Schedule: 5-Day Work Week - Rotating Sundays
Mega Auto Sales LLC is seeking an experienced, driven Desk/Finance Manager to join our high-volume team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who excels in structuring deals, maximizing backend profit, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
You will play a key role in securing financing, presenting F&I products, and working closely with the sales team to drive overall dealership performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases
- Structure and finalize deals aligned with customer needs and dealership goals
- Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, warranties, etc.)
- Negotiate financing terms and maintain strong lender relationships
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth, profitable transactions
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets
Requirements
- Previous automotive F&I or desk management experience preferred
- Strong closing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
- Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Knowledge of automotive financing, lenders, and deal structure
