Year 1 realistic range: $50,000 – $90,000
Year 2–3 with experience: $90,000 – $130,000+
Top performers on our team: $150,000 – $180,000+

Our state-of-the-art digital marketing platform generates a high volume of hot inbound leads every single day — people actively shopping for a vehicle right now. Your job is to connect with them fast, build rapport quickly, and set the appointment that closes the deal. More than half of our sales are appointment-based.
Our top Client Advisors make 50–80 outbound contacts per day. They're not cold calling strangers — they're connecting with people who already raised their hand. But make no mistake: this role rewards people who show up with energy, pick up the phone, and don't quit after the first "not yet."
What your day looks like:
- Outbound calls to warm leads who've already expressed interest
- Text and email follow-up through our CRM
- Setting and confirming appointments that show and close
- Daily pipeline discipline — working leads from first contact to delivery
