About Us

Auto Park Imports is a busy independent automotive repair facility and NAPA Certified Auto Care Center serving the Chicagoland area. We specialize in European, import, domestic, and insurance-related repairs while delivering dealership-level service with a more personal experience.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with customers, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands how to balance customer satisfaction with shop efficiency and sales.

Because many of our customers are Ukrainian and Russian speaking, bilingual candidates are required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through release
Listen to and document customer concerns accurately
Create repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians
Explain repair recommendations, timelines, and estimates clearly
Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
Coordinate parts ordering and verify availability
Review warranty or insurance coverage when applicable
Maintain organized and accurate records
Handle a high-volume customer service environment professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or automotive customer service professional preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to explain automotive repairs in simple, customer-friendly language
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and invoicing system knowledge
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Fluent English required
Must also be fluent in Ukrainian and/or Russian

Schedule

Typical hours are Monday–Friday with Saturday availability as needed.
