Hybrid and Electric Car Sales is looking for an experienced F&I Manager to join our growing dealership in Franklin, Tennessee.
We are a smaller, owner-operated dealership specializing in Sales and Service of Hybrid, Electric, and Tesla vehicles. This is an opportunity to work in a modern dealership environment with direct access to ownership and the ability to make a real impact on the business.
We are looking for someone who is experienced, professional, organized, and capable of managing the finance process from start to finish while maintaining strong customer service and lender relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Structure and finalize vehicle finance deals
- Work with banks and lender partners
- Present finance and protection products
- Ensure accurate paperwork and compliance
- Assist customers through the delivery process
- Help improve and grow the finance department
- Work directly with ownership on dealership operations and process improvements
- Help sell cars and assist clients in any department
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive F&I experience required
- Strong understanding of automotive lending and deal structure
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- DealerCenter, RouteOne, or similar dealership software experience
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
