In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Subaru Service BDC department. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and proficient in joining a team of BDC Service Representatives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This position ensures that customer communications are handled efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with dealership standards.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with one day off during the week.
- MUST be able to work on Saturdays.
- Sunday: OFF
Note: Schedule is not fixed and may change based on business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Review BDC processes and scripts, identify opportunities for improvement in workflows and best practices, and make recommendations to the Service Manager.
- Ensure appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor call queues and response times to ensure coverage throughout the day.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Keep the Service Manager informed of department performance every week.
- Ensure CRM and scheduling tools are used correctly and consistently.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and data privacy requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of Service BDC experience.
- 2+ years of automotive dealership experience.
- Experience working in a Dealership is highly preferred, but not required.
