Position: Auto Detailer
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Correction Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for cars, an eye for detail. Experience with polishing and paint correction is preferred — we’re willing to train passionate detailers who want to grow into a high-end skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Perform multi-stage paint correction and polishing on high-end vehicles
- Identify and safely remove swirls, scratches, oxidation, and other paint defects
- Prep vehicles for ceramic coating and/or paint protection film application
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, tools, and equipment
- Inspect work thoroughly to ensure flawless finish before client delivery
- Assist with detailing, interior cleaning, and protective services as needed
Requirements:
- Knowledge of polishing tools, pads, compounds, and correction techniques
- Ability to work on high-value vehicles with precision and care
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with professional ceramic coatings
- Background in luxury/exotic vehicle detailing

- Monday to Saturday
- 40 hours

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
