Nissan of Dyersburg is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound internet, phone, and lead traffic
- Train, coach, and motivate BDC representatives
- Monitor appointment setting, show rates, and sold performance
- Ensure fast and professional customer follow-up
- Work closely with sales management to maximize opportunities
- Track KPIs and hold the team accountable to goals
- Improve customer communication processes and CRM usage
- Maintain a positive and energetic work environment
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Prior BDC or sales management experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with CRM systems, texting platforms, and internet leads
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
