The Opportunity:We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated SALES HUNTER who’s ready to take control of their income and crush it in our Birmingham store. This is more than just a sales job — it’s a platform to build your brand, grow your social following, and turn every like, comment, and DM into a sale.
You’ll Succeed Here If You:
- Love being on camera and posting to social media
- Have the hunger to create your own traffic in addition to working the huge volume of leads we provide
- Are passionate about helping people find the right car and the right deal
- Are ready to hit goals, grow fast, and get paid well for doing it
What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of Holmes Motors on your socials — create short videos, post photos, and share your wins
- Use your platform to generate excitement and bring in leads
- Work our hot leads daily through our CRM system — calls, texts, and follow-ups required
- Educate customers on our in-house financing (NO CREDIT CHECK!)
- Be on the lot, on your feed, and in your zone — full throttle every day
- Be coachable, collaborative, and committed to growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of proven automotive sales experience
- Strong social media presence and confidence being on camera
- Comfortable creating your own content — you ARE your brand
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Valid Driver’s License
