Car Town Kia of Florence, SC is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our growing Kia Service Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven service leader who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Position Overview

The Service Manager will oversee all daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction. This leader will be responsible for managing staff, improving processes, maintaining Kia standards, and driving a service culture that puts the customer first.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
Oversee day-to-day service department operations, workflow, and scheduling
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve escalated service concerns
Monitor KPIs including CSI, throughput, productivity, profitability, and retention
Maintain compliance with Kia factory standards and warranty guidelines
Partner with Parts, Sales, and Management teams to support overall dealership success
Drive efficiency, accountability, and a positive team culture

Qualifications

Previous automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and team engagement
Working knowledge of dealership service operations, KPIs, and service technologies
Kia experience is a plus, but not required
