Car Town Kia of Florence, SC is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our growing Kia Service Department. Position Overview
The Service Manager will oversee all daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction. This leader will be responsible for managing staff, improving processes, maintaining Kia standards, and driving a service culture that puts the customer first.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Oversee day-to-day service department operations, workflow, and scheduling
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve escalated service concerns
- Monitor KPIs including CSI, throughput, productivity, profitability, and retention
- Maintain compliance with Kia factory standards and warranty guidelines
- Partner with Parts, Sales, and Management teams to support overall dealership success
- Drive efficiency, accountability, and a positive team culture
Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and team engagement
- Working knowledge of dealership service operations, KPIs, and service technologies
- Kia experience is a plus, but not required
