Service Manager

We are on the hunt for energetic candidates that have excelled in a fast paced environment. No automotive experience is required. Candidates that have worked for independent shops or franchise parts stores are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently

REQUIREMENTS:

Organized and friendly personality
Dealership experience is preferred
Knowledge of dealership drive lane
Demonstrated ability to manage others

Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
Clean driving record
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to company’s liability insurance requirements
