We are looking for a General Manager to join our Automotive dealership. This store is located in Central Iowa and represents two Manufacturers. This General Manager will have a large area of responsibility and be very hands on with both the Sales and service teams.
The area is a farming community with a population of approximately 20,000. The town has a charming small-town feel including a good school district and a small private university. This is a great place to raise a family in the heartland.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and successfully execute plan to achieve monthly and annual goals for all departments
- Maintain excellent CSI throughout the dealership
- Assist in hiring for all departments
- Mentor and monitor the performance of all department supervisors
- Assist sales teams in closing deals
- Review store metrics daily for each department and make adjustments to increase production
- Attend regular meetings with dealership and auto group leadership
- Provide training and support to all staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of automotive management experience
- Goal oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be organized and detailed
- Time efficiency is a must
- Reliable work history

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
