New to F&I and looking to expand knowledge base with flexible hours?
Looking for a professional, accountable, Automotive Sales/Finance professional who thrives in a servicing/training rep role. Must have familiarity with Retail Automotive Business and F&I. Must have a keen sense of urgency and ability to respond to Dealers needs within the in a timely manner. Solid work ethic is a MUST
Ideal candidate has a minimum 3 years retail automotive experience in Sales (Ideally Finance)
F&I experience helpful but not mandatory.
Responsibilities include:
*Ability to work with team to implement existing training plans in Automotive Retail Sales/Finance departments.
*Visiting several Dealerships within Southern California in a given day and driving from account to account
*Key understanding of the interdepartmental dynamics in an Automotive Dealership between F&I department, & the Business Office.
*Answer emails/phone calls in a timely manner within the same day.
*Respond by phone or email to dealership inquires around the needs of Dealership hours
*Must have reliable transportation
*Open to driving long distances throughout the the month/week visiting Automotive Dealer clients
*Flexibility to take phone calls
*Same day sense of urgency and problem solving skills in a fast paced Automotive environment
*Leadership skills with ability to problem solve but also service oriented mindset
*Geographic area of service Inland empire Santa Ana, Montclair, Fontana, Norco
Must have Verifiable Automotive Retail SALES Experience (F&I Experience is ideal but not mandatory)
Verifiable references required
Reliable transportation required
Salary + Commission Opportunities
