Previous Service Advisor or Auto Technician Experience Preferred.

Corwin Ford Tri-Cities’state-of-the-art Service Dept. is HIRING NOW for friendly, energetic Service Advisors to assist customers in understanding their car’s maintenance or repair options and answer customer questions before they’re scheduled with a Technician. In return, we will pay you at top-of-industry levels, provide continued training, and give you opportunities to grow across the company into broader roles!

Previous Service Advisor or Mechanic experience is preferred. Candidates with previous Service Advisor experience at RV, Powersport, or Marine dealerships will also be considered!

Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
Greet customers and inspect their vehicle
Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customer
Listen to customer’s reason(s) for bringing their vehicle to the service department
Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs
Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed
Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications – Service Advisor:

Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate to succeed!
Previous work history as an Auto Warranty / Insurance Adjuster or a Service Technician/ Mechanic translates well in this position
CDK & Xtime proficiency is a plus!
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
Good customer service and communication skills
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Good work ethic and computer skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
