INFINITI of Norwood and the Albrecht Auto Group are growing!!! We are looking for Quality Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. Our Service Advisor should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day.
- Greeting customers promptly.
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information.
- Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
- Determining needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle.
- Preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day & updating customers frequently.
- Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
- Explaining all Completed work and charges to customers.
Job Requirements
- Prior automotive sales experience is helpful, but not required
- Coordinate with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty companies for approval in advance of repairs.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- ADP experience is a plus.
- Drug Screening will be required*
