The ideal Service Manager is motivated, professional and detail oriented. Responsibilities include:

Scheduling periodic and annual preventive maintenance for all fleet equipment

Effectively managing the time of shop mechanics and road technicians

Completing work orders in a timely manner

Providing technical advice and resolving customer issues in a timely manner

Maintaining a clean and safe shop
Prior experience managing a construction equipment or vehicle fleet is beneficial.
