Weelborg Chevrolet of New Ulm is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team and drive continued growth in both new and used vehicle sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals
- Oversee new and used vehicle operations, inventory, and profitability
- Collaborate with leadership to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
- Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and uphold dealership standards
- Manage advertising campaigns, promotions, and community engagement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of automotive sales experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Domestic vehicle experience preferred
- Proven track record of driving sales and leading successful teams
