Operating out of Danville, Illinois, we combine decades of hands-on experience with a modern, multichannel sales approach—from our retail counter and wholesale field operations to our eBay storefront, Facebook Marketplace, and Shop Earl listings. We are growing and looking for a sales leader to help us scale each of those channels.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager owns the performance of our entire sales operation. You will lead our in-store sales team, drive growth across our online marketplaces, build our wholesale shop visit program, and coordinate closely with Production, Shipping, and Accounts Receivable to keep the business running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone equally comfortable coaching a sales rep, analyzing a category's pricing, and walking into a body shop to win new business. You will be responsible for a handful of wholesale accounts, as well as answering daily calls when needed

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
