We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide customers through their vehicle repair and painting needs, provide accurate estimates, and deliver an exceptional experience that reinforces MAACO’s reputation as the #1 name in auto body and paint.

What You’ll Do

Be the first impression: Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and care.
Consult and guide: Schedule appointments, write accurate estimates, and educate customers on repair and paint options.
Build lasting relationships: Follow up consistently with customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction from start to finish.
Drive results: Utilize company systems and tools to track performance, meet goals, and celebrate successes.
Support daily operations: Order parts, maintain office needs, and help keep a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
