We are a family owned car dealership looking for a customer focused associate. We are looking for an upbeat person! Customer service is very important to our business. The position is Monday-Friday, 7am to 5:30pm.
We are looking for the following qualities and characteristics:
- Customer service and sales skills (empathy, patience, listening, conflict resolution, etc)
- Resilience, the ability to overcome objections
- The ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, in appearance and demeanor
- Reynolds Ignite experience helpful
- Must have dealer experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
