Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the service department
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their unit's issues
- Perform unit inspections and provide detailed estimates for repairs
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding the status of their unit.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and unit repairs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in service writing or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with dealership operations is beneficial
-Computer knowledge and willingness to learn Point-of-Sale system
- Provide internal support for technicians
