We are a fast-growing automotive dealership in Jacksonville, NC seeking a motivated and experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. Position Overview
The ideal candidate is an experienced F&I professional with desking and sales management experience who can step in to assist the sales desk when needed. This individual must be highly organized, CSI-driven, and comfortable working within clear expectations set by the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the F&I process including product presentation, deal structuring, and compliance.
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and ensure competitive financing options for customers.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive high CSI scores.
Assist with desking deals and supporting the sales desk when needed.
Manage and follow up on leads to maximize closing opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations.
Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Maintain strong product penetration and finance performance.

Qualifications

Previous Automotive F&I Manager experience required
Desking and/or sales management experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of automotive finance products and lender relationships
Proven ability to work within leadership expectations and performance metrics
CSI-focused mindset with excellent customer service skills
High level of accountability and strong work ethic
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
