Mobile Service Advisor – Gary Yeomans Frankfort Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Advisor to join our growing team. Our Service Department is busier than ever, and we are looking to fill this position immediately with a motivated, customer-focused professional who will help grow and expand our mobile service operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls, emails, and in-person interactions with professionalism and empathy
Make outbound calls to current and prospective service customers
Assist clients with scheduling service appointments, answering vehicle-related questions, and providing general support
Actively contribute to the growth and success of the mobile service operation by promoting services and building customer relationships
Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
Recommend and upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
Follow up with customers regarding their service experience and missed appointments
Develop a working knowledge of vehicle maintenance requirements
Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system
Consistently deliver a high level of customer care

Previous dealership experience in a similar role preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Valid Kentucky driver’s license required
