Lextechs of Atlanta is seeking an experienced and highly capable Service Advisor to join our team. We specialize in Toyota and Lexus vehicles while also servicing select Japanese brands. We are a fast-paced, customer-focused shop that believes in solutions, communication, and doing right by the customer — we are a “YES” shop.
This position is ideal for a professional who understands the automotive service industry, excels at customer communication, and is confident presenting and selling maintenance and repair services. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple customers at once, stay organized under pressure, and help drive shop performance through excellent customer service and effective service sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Organize and prioritize multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously
- Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations
- Build trust through honest communication and strong follow-through
- Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate communication
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Help drive shop performance through strong service sales and customer retention
Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Strong confidence presenting and selling automotive maintenance and repair services
- Understanding of key automotive shop performance metrics including:
- Gross Profit
- ARO (Average Repair Order)
- Close Ratio
- Car Count
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset
- Toyota, Lexus, or Japanese vehicle experience preferred
