Capital Exotic Studios is a premium automotive customization shop specializing in paint protection film, ceramic coating, wraps, tint, and high-end detailing in the DMV. We're hiring a part-time Detailer who can deliver showroom-quality work on exotic and luxury vehicles — and who wants to do more than just detail. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft, treats six-figure cars with the care they deserve, and is ready to go above and beyond.
All equipment is provided. We're looking for someone reliable, experienced (or eager to learn fast), and comfortable being trusted with high-value vehicles and clients.
What you'll do:
- Perform interior and exterior detailing on exotic and luxury vehicles to a premium, showroom standard
- Film content while you work — quick clips and footage of the detailing process (no editing required, just capturing on provided gear)
- Hand over keys to clients and deliver a premium, professional experience at pickup and drop-off
- Manage and maintain our detailing setup — keeping the bay, equipment, and supplies organized and in top shape
- Help with light sales: talking to clients about our services and packages
What we're looking for:
- Detailing experience strongly preferred — you know how to safely wash, decontaminate, and finish high-end vehicles
- Genuine care and attention when handling expensive, exotic cars
- Reliable, professional, and presentable in front of premium clients
- Valid driver's license (you'll be moving high-value vehicles)
- Able to stand, bend, and work on your feet through a shift
- A go-above-and-beyond attitude — we're a premium brand and the work has to reflect that
Big pluses:
- Experience with ceramic coating and paint correction — if you can do this (or want to learn), there's real opportunity to take on this higher-level work
- Comfortable closing sales — if you can sell our services to clients, you'll earn commission on top of your hourly pay
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
