In this role, you will work directly with customers to guide them through vehicle purchases, financing options, and final paperwork while building long term relationships based on trust, transparency, and excellent service.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers through the full vehicle purchasing and financing process
- Present financing, leasing, warranty, and protection plan options clearly and professionally
- Process credit applications and structure deals accurately and efficiently
- Prepare contracts and dealership paperwork while maintaining compliance with dealership and lending regulations
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
- Work closely with lenders and financial institutions to secure financing approvals
- Help maximize dealership sales opportunities through strong communication and product knowledge
- Maintain organization and accuracy in title processing and deal documentation
- Support dealership goals by creating a positive and professional customer experience
Requirements
- Previous dealership, automotive sales, finance, or lending experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Professional attitude with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with financing, contracts, and dealership paperwork is a plus
- Basic computer and financial software knowledge
- Motivated, dependable, and team oriented mindset
