Duties
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies focused on high-end automobile sales, B2B (business-to-business) transactions, and retail markets
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation through cold calling, outbound sales efforts, and marketing initiatives
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals effectively, leveraging strong communication skills and persuasive techniques
- Manage inventory control and dealership inventory to optimize sales opportunities while maintaining accurate records using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team members’ skills in upselling, retail math, phone etiquette, public speaking, and customer engagement
- Foster relationships with prospective clients through multilingual communication capabilities and Bilingual proficiency to expand market reach
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly for maximum impact
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, dealership management, or retail sales with a focus on high-end or automobile sales
- Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer data, and streamlining sales processes
- Excellent communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and bilingual capabilities for diverse client engagement
- Strong understanding of inventory management, retail math, inventory control, and automotive or retail industry standards
- Ability to conduct campaigns and outbound sales efforts confidently while maintaining positive customer interactions
- Skilled in marketing strategies that support upselling initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience
- Demonstrated leadership in sales management roles with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a results-oriented environment
