Job Description:
- Lead advisor will manage and train service advisors
- Automotive Assistant Service Managers must be able to manage and dispatch a large shop
- Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Spend quality time building relationship with the customer.
- Know the GM product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle.
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years as a lead automotive service advisor experience
- Strong organization skill with attention to detail
- Must have computer proficiency
- Ability to keep up with a faced paced environment
- Valid driver's license
