About the Role
This is a senior operational leadership position that demands discipline, stamina, dedication, hard work, and long hours. It’s not a behind-the-desk role—you’ll be actively leading from the front, visible on the showroom floor, talking to customers, and deeply involved in every aspect of the dealership’s sales operations. Expect to wear comfortable dress shoes and keep moving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Floor Leadership: Maintain a strong, visible presence on the showroom floor. Be actively involved in all aspects of sales, desk management, F&I coordination, customer relations, inventory acquisition, and interdepartmental execution.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals who can deliver results.
- Operational Excellence: Implement extended dealership hours (targeting an 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM model) with structured rotating shifts. Establish clear accountability systems and performance metrics across departments.
- Performance & Profitability: Protect margins while driving strong volume. Oversee inventory turn, aging control, and gross preservation on a 200–250 unit inventory. Grow net profitability with full P&L awareness.
- Tools & Processes: Leverage advanced desking, CRM, and reporting skills while overseeing F&I production and product penetration.

- Advanced proficiency in desking, CRM systems, and reporting.
- A decisive, engaged leader with executive presence, high personal discipline, and a “get it done” team attitude.
