Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in a service advising role to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor at Kissimmee Motorsports, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by managing the service process efficiently and effectively. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for Powersports, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in service advising. Experience in Powersports or auto dealerships is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, assessing their service needs and providing accurate information.
- Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow in the service department. Communicate with technicians to prioritize and manage repairs.
- Technical Knowledge: Develop a basic understanding of Powersports products and services to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns.
- Estimates and Invoicing: Provide customers with accurate service estimates and invoices. Explain repair processes and costs clearly, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Upselling Services: Identify and recommend additional services or products that align with customer needs and promote the overall health and performance of Powersports vehicles.
- Customer Follow-Up: Keep customers informed about the status of their service orders and follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction. Address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Service Advising: Leverage experience in service advising to provide expert guidance to customers on recommended services and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Customer-Centric Attitude: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.
- Powersports Enthusiast: Basic knowledge or a keen interest in motorcycles, ATVs, watercraft, and other Powersports products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage service appointments efficiently.
- Experience: Proven experience in a service advising role, with a track record of successful service advising. Experience in Powersports or auto dealerships is preferred.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computerized systems for scheduling, invoicing, and communication.
