Duties
- Lead and motivate the service team to achieve high performance standards in vehicle repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
- Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage customer interactions by providing clear communication about repairs, estimates, and service recommendations, ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinate with Office and Technicians on complex diagnostics, brake repairs, suspension work, tire services, and other automotive repairs.
- Handle auto estimating and service writing accurately
- Upsell additional services or repairs by identifying customer needs while maintaining integrity and transparency.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and policies; manage cash handling procedures responsibly.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
