Duties
- Safely park, retrieve, and organize vehicles on the dealership lot, ensuring efficient use of space and proper vehicle placement.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to check for damage or issues, reporting any concerns promptly.
- Support the delivery process by moving vehicles to designated areas or staging zones as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including removing debris and ensuring clear pathways for safe vehicle movement.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting visitors warmly, answering questions about vehicle availability, and directing them appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and parking regulations specific to AKA Beverly Hills, including those related to manual transmission vehicles and dealership policies.
Skills
- Strong guest services skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Experience in hospitality or retail environments demonstrating excellent customer service abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact clearly with customers and team members.
