Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to high-volume calls, emails, and social media inquiries, ensuring the highest levels of customer service
- Provide order tracking and follow-up support to address customer service inquiries
- Assist customers with product warranties and claims, ensuring satisfaction with both in-house and vendor products
- Manage and resolve damage reports and returns by working directly with vendors and internal teams
- Collaborate with management, peers, and staff to problem-solve and create a consistently positive customer experience
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of sales support or call-center-based customer service experience
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in Spanish/English) is a plus
- Previous automotive parts, aftermarket, dealership, or related automotive industry experience required
- Familiarity with truck, Jeep, and SUV aftermarket parts and accessories preferred
