Childre Chevrolet GMC, LLC is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our dealership as an Automotive Service & Parts Cashier/Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Processing service and parts payments accurately
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing customers appropriately
- Assisting customers with service and parts inquiries
- Scheduling service appointments
- Maintaining accurate records and daily cash balancing
- Supporting the Service and Parts Departments with administrative tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after each visit
- Maintaining service repair order records
- Sending service appointment reminds and follow ups
- Cross training and filling in as receptionist as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer and cash-handling experience
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
