Job Summary

Keene CDJR is seeking an experienced, high-performing Automotive Service Manager to lead our busy service department. As a long-standing family-owned dealership, we take deep pride in our community reputation and customer loyalty. This role requires an expert leader who can maintain exceptional customer and factory relationships while flawlessly managing Stellantis warranty policies, procedures, and service lane operations.

Key Responsibilities

Warranty Administration: Master and enforce all Stellantis/CDJR warranty policies, ensuring exact documentation, pre-authorizations, and quick claims submission to avoid factory chargebacks.
Relationship Management: Maintain a strong, cooperative partnership with factory representatives. Serve as the primary advocate for the dealership while ensuring strict adherence to manufacturer standards.
Customer Retention: Address and resolve escalated customer concerns with empathy and speed, preserving our stellar local reputation and customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.
Fixed Operations Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule service advisors and automotive technicians to maximize flag hours and shop capacity.
Financial Management: Monitor the department's P&L, manage labor rates, and control expenses to hit monthly profitability targets.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven leadership experience inside an automotive dealership service department.
Brand Expertise: Direct experience managing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram service departments is highly preferred. Deep familiarity with Stellantis warranty guides is required.
Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and automotive service scheduling platforms.
Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving history; must pass a standard background check and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential: $75,000 – $100,000 per year (base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to shop profitability and CSI).
