Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to troubleshoot and diagnose issues on perspective boat, motor or trailer.
- Promote sales of accessory items
- Coordinate with parts department to confirm part availability and estimated delivery times
- Schedule service appointments and prioritize workflow in coordination with the Service Manager
- Ensure repair orders are complete, accurate, and signed before releasing vessels
- Water test to verify repair is complete
- Communicate and document work performed effectively with customer and technician.
- Work well within a team
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a service advisor, service writer, or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with marine engines, boat systems, or the boating/marine industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders and customer interactions simultaneously
- Valid driver's license; ability to operate various types of watercraft a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
