Ranger Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting our vehicle inventory across various online platforms, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales through excellent customer service while upholding our reputation and values.

Key Responsibilities:Inventory Promotion
- Post and manage vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and other relevant marketing channels to attract potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate and appealing online inventory presentations.
Customer Engagement
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective customers.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
Appointment Setting
- Schedule and confirm appointments for showroom visits, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives.
- Follow up with customers to maximize appointment attendance.
Sales Support
- Make outbound calls to leads and interested customers.
- Answer questions, build rapport, and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Assist in closing sales and achieving monthly sales goals.
Market Research
- Stay informed about current automotive market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Effectively position Ranger Motors' inventory to attract buyers.
Requirements:
- Automotive dealership experience is required.
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, Facebook Marketplace, and online marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and professional.
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base Salary + Commission
- Earnings Potential: $60,000 - $120,000+ per year
- Performance-based income with significant growth opportunities.
