Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related customer service role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and automotive software.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
