We are a well-established and growing automotive dealership group seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead operations at one of our locations in Bend, Oregon. This is a confidential search for a key leadership role within our organization.
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, driving revenue growth, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a proven track record in automotive sales and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals
- Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance
- Monitor and manage sales metrics, forecasts, and KPIs
- Ensure strong CRM usage and lead follow-up processes
- Work closely with F&I to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
- Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership software
- High level of professionalism and integrity
