Duties
- Lead and manage daily dealership operations, ensuring high standards in customer service, sales, and after-sales support
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and enhance profitability
- Oversee financial management including profit & loss responsibilities, budgeting, and cost control measures
- Supervise and motivate a diverse team of sales personnel, technicians, and administrative staff to achieve business objectives
- Drive business development initiatives by cultivating relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of equipment sales and service projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall customer experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years GM or senior leadership experience in heavy equipment dealerships
- Strong background in operations, sales, and financial management
- Proven track record of driving revenue and team performance
Compensation: Competitive base + performance bonus (OTE $100k-$150k+)
