Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cars and an eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle is cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
Conduct custodial duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and detailing purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily detailing goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to ensure the best results without damaging vehicle surfaces.Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields such as car wash or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional care.
- Knowledge of buffing techniques and products used in automotive detailing is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for driving vehicles on-site.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
