We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our finance department and help develop a high-performing team of 2-3 Finance Managers. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving profitability, coaching and training staff, maintaining lender relationships, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2-3 Finance Managers
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance management
- Present and sell finance and insurance products
- Secure financing through approved lending sources
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Build and maintain strong lender relationships
- Partner with dealership leadership to drive performance and profitability
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive F&I leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to coach, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong closing and product presentation skills
- Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance requirements
- CDK experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Compensation includes a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential
Pay: $65,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
