Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive car washes, including exterior cleaning, and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Conduct detailed interior cleaning such as vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and dashboard polishing to ensure a spotless finish.
- Use buffing machines and other tools to restore vehicle paintwork and remove minor scratches or imperfections.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area through janitorial and custodial tasks, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Assist with additional services like minor cosmetic repairs as needed to meet customer specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining detailing processes, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols during all detailing procedures to protect yourself, colleagues, and customers’ vehicles.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience with car wash techniques, detailing processes, buffing equipment, and cleaning methods.
- Knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices that promote cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ability to operate driving equipment such as carts or small vehicles within the work area safely.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently.
