Service Writer Requirements and Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets
Expert in time management and personal organization
Computer and Internet savvy
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Must be available to work weekends

Service Writer Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to)

Communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arrange appointments and communicating them to technicians, and providing estimates to the customer.
Input and maintain accurate unit and customer information in computer system
Promote products/services to new and existing customers
Schedule and monitor appointments
Perform multiple tasks in an efficient and organized manner
Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
Maintain professional appearance of self and work area
Continuously improve through feedback
Must be available to work weekends
