Location: Fort Dodge
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Salary + commission

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, people-person to join our Dealership as an Automotive Service Advisor. You don’t need years of experience — if you have a good attitude and are willing to learn, we’ll train you.

This role is perfect for someone who likes helping customers, learning about cars, and working in a busy shop environment.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and help them check in their vehicles
Listen to customer concerns and ask the right questions
Work with technicians to understand what the vehicle needs
Explain repairs and services in a clear, simple way
Write up service orders and keep customers updated
Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, positive attitude
Good communication and people skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic auto knowledge is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you
Valid driver’s license
