We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, people-person to join our Dealership as an Automotive Service Advisor. You don’t need years of experience — if you have a good attitude and are willing to learn, we’ll train you.
This role is perfect for someone who likes helping customers, learning about cars, and working in a busy shop environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and help them check in their vehicles
- Listen to customer concerns and ask the right questions
- Work with technicians to understand what the vehicle needs
- Explain repairs and services in a clear, simple way
- Write up service orders and keep customers updated
- Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Good communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic auto knowledge is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you
- Valid driver’s license
