Fort Nissan of Columbus is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven BDC / Internet Sales Manager to lead our Business Development Center and digital sales operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound internet, phone, chat, and third-party lead sources.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate the BDC team to achieve appointment and sales goals.
- Monitor daily lead response times and ensure consistent follow-up processes.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase appointment show rates and sales conversions.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, including lead-to-appointment, appointment-to-show, and show-to-sale ratios.
- Maintain CRM integrity and ensure accurate customer records.
- Collaborate closely with sales management to maximize lead opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions that create positive experiences.
- Ensure all communications reflect the dealership's commitment to professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year experience in automotive BDC / Internet Sales, or Sales Management experience required.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing, and lead management processes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and appointment goals.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement performance improvements.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software platforms.
